Motivation to continue on even when something is painful or difficult. Experience the enduring hope of God that maketh not ashamed.
Romans 5:3-5God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and of a sound mind. Strength is renewed with God's power at work in us.
2 Timothy 1:7When we sincerely ask for God's help, our character is transformed through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Aligning our actions with our beliefs and values brings clarity of mind and spirit.
I Corinthians 13:12There is no temptation but what is common to man. God will not let you be tempted beyond your ability but will make a way to escape.
I Corinthians 10:13A life of purpose, new and fulfilling opportunities we may never have thought possible.
Philippians 4:19If any lack wisdom, let them ask of God, who giveth to all liberally, and upbraideth not.
James 1:5One of the many fruits of the Holy Spirit is the gift of self-control which transforms everything in our lives.
For freedom Christ has set us free; stand fast and do not submit again to bondage.
Galatians 5:1Another fruit of the Holy Spirit is Joy, a deep-rooted happiness that cannot be purchased.
Galatians 5:22By acknowledging the things we cannot change, we find acceptance and true serenity.
Romans 8:38-39Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Meeting Guidelines
We begin every meeting reminding everyone to:
Respect the confidentiality & anonymity of each person here: Who you see here, What is said here — when you leave here, let it stay here.
Everyone is invited to share but no one is obligated to do so. Our shares focus on our own thoughts, feelings, and experiences with our faith, strength, struggle, and hope.
Limit sharing to 3–5 minutes. Refrain from asking questions and cross talk. Do not talk while others are sharing.
Do not try to fix, advise, counsel, soothe, or solve other people's problems. We are here to support one another in our mutual journey toward wellness and recovery.
As we build a support network of friends who celebrate life by sharing our experience, faith, strength, struggle, and hope — offering life skills and mutual support for every step of the journey.
